Refund & Cancellation Policy
My intention is for every client and student to experience meaningful growth, clarity, and transformation through this work.
I stand by the value of everything I offer — from private mentorship and group coaching to online courses and digital resources.
However, I also understand that sometimes things may not feel like the right fit.
That’s why I offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, built on honesty, mutual respect, and shared responsibility.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you’ve joined a course, program, or mentorship and — after fully engaging in the sessions, completing the exercises, and applying the work — you feel it isn’t serving you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
Have attended or completed the sessions or modules made available,
Completed the assigned reflection or integration work, and
Communicated your experience openly so I can support you.
If you’ve shown up, done the work, and still feel it isn’t aligned, I’ll honour a full refund — no hard feelings.
2. When Refunds Do Not Apply
Refunds are not available if:
You’ve purchased a program but haven’t engaged with the content,
You’ve missed or chosen not to attend sessions,
You’ve completed more than 30 days of the program, or
You’ve consumed all the material without applying the practices.
Transformation requires participation — if you don’t do the work, the work cannot do its part.
3. Retreats & In-Person Events
For retreats and live events, different terms apply due to venue bookings, logistics, and preparation time.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat: Full refund (minus transaction fees).
Cancellations made within 10 days of the retreat: 50% refund (minus transaction fees).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the retreat: No refund due to fixed venue and operational commitments.
If a retreat or live event is canceled by Awaken 2 Life Ltd for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future date.
4. Payment Plans
If you are on a payment plan and cancel within the 30-day guarantee window, your refund will reflect the payments made to date.
After 30 days, payment obligations continue as agreed at the time of enrolment.
